The free training is free. There is nothing to refund and nothing owing — no purchase, no obligation, no card required. Watch it, use it, and if it isn't for you, close the tab and we part as friends.

The $27 Starter Guide + 6-Week Plan

30 days, no questions. If the guide isn't right for you, email me within 30 days of buying it and I refund it in full. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings. Your access to it in the Student Hub closes when the refund is processed, and your $27 also comes straight off the course if you decide to go further.

The $497 Business-in-a-Box — how it works

Two windows, and the difference between them is simply whether you gave it a go.

After 30 days, the pack is yours and refunds are at my discretion. The Australian Consumer Law always sits above this page — if something isn't fit for purpose or isn't as described, your rights apply regardless of any time limit here.

How to ask, and how fast

• Email cathy@cathys.care from the address you bought with, and tell me which one you're refunding. That's the whole process.
• Paid back to the card you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5 business days. Once it's lodged it's out of my hands — the bank's timing is the bank's.
• Your portal access closes with the refund. The resources you downloaded stay on your device, but the Student Hub, the templates as they get updated, and my help by email come to an end.

What I won't promise

I can't and won't guarantee you an income, a number of clients, or a particular hourly rate. This pack teaches you the path — the work, the local conditions and the effort are yours. Anyone promising you a guaranteed income from a care business is selling you something else.
