What the NDIS pays — the 2026–27 rates
The published price limits for the everyday support work a sole trader can deliver in someone's home. Taken from the official NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026–27 (effective 1 July 2026) and verified against it line by line.

Three things to understand about these numbers
They're a ceiling, not a target. The price limit is the most you may bill. Charging less — a rate negotiated with a long-standing local client — is completely legitimate, and in small towns it's often how you win the work.
Household tasks carry no weekend rate. Cleaning and yard work are the same price every day of the week. The evening, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates above belong to social participation — they aren't a loading you can add to cleaning.
This is billing, not take-home. Insurance, tax, super, travel and your own unpaid admin all come out of it. What you keep is a different number, and your accountant is the one to work it out.
