What we collect

• Your email and first name — so we can send you the free training, your guides, and occasional updates.
• Your portal activity — courses you've opened, progress you've made, quiz scores, badges and streaks.
• Things you choose to add — a profile photo, your private journal notes, your 30-day plan, and any community posts you make.
• Purchase details — what you've bought (so your access works), handled securely by our payment provider.

What we don't collect

• Not your care clients' personal or health information. The forms and templates are for you to use in your own business — you stay in control of your clients' data, and you're responsible for protecting it (see the course's "protect your clients' information" guidance).
• We don't sell your data, ever.

Why we collect it

To run the course and portal you've signed up for — nothing more. We use it to unlock your learning, remember your progress, and occasionally send you something genuinely useful.

How we store & protect it

Stored securely on modern hosting with login-protected access and encryption in transit. Only people who need to (the Cathy's Care team) can see it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time (link at the bottom of every email).
• Contact us to correct or access your information.
• Delete your data — use the button below, and we'll remove your personal content (photo, journal, notes, plan, progress) and log you out. We keep only the minimal billing record required by law.
